Nihti's maritime environment in the Lukki quarter is home to new apartment buildings, with apartments ranging from 36 m2 to 114,5 m2 in size. Some of the apartments will be communal group rentals and specialised apartments.

The services and metro station of Kalasatama, along with the Redi shopping centre, will be within walking distance. Mustikkamaa’s outdoor areas are easily accessible through Kalasatama by crossing the Isoisänsilta bridge. The completion of the Crown Bridges project will open a lane for pedestrians and bicycles via a bridge to Hakaniemi. In the east, a tram will take passengers via Korkeasaari and Kruunuvuorenranta all the way to Laajasalo. When the Kalasatama-Pasila tramway is completed, the terminus will be located in Nihti, which means that connections to both metro and train stations will be excellent.

Daycares and schools are within walking distance. In the near future, the selection of daycares will increase as construction on new daycare centres is completed. The Sompasaari daycare centre will be finished at the end of 2024 at the latest, and construction of the Nihti daycare centre will begin in the autumn of 2023.

Smoking is forbidden on the property. This includes smoking inside the apartments, on the balconies or in the property’s shared spaces and outdoor areas. The rent includes broadband access (10 Mbit/s). Water bills are calculated according to the amount used. Pets are welcome.
