The Hiedanranta neighbourhood is being built in West Tampere, approximately four kilometres from the city centre, on the shore of Lake Näsijärvi, by the tramway.

A-Kruunu is bringing new and comfortable state-subsidised rental apartments to the northern block of the Hiedanranta neighbourhood in Tampere.

The five-storey building will have 38 apartments, ranging in size from 34 to 85 square metres, with apartment types ranging from 1 room + kitchenette to 4 rooms + kitchenette. Each apartment has a glazed balcony. Residents will also have access to shared facilities typical of A-Kruunu’s rental homes: a shared sauna, a laundry facility and a club room. The building is located in a block with a courtyard shared by all residents. The yard will be completed in stages. Parking spaces (14 in total) will be in a parking facility that will be completed later. Temporary parking spaces will be provided as ground-level parking.

In the Hiedanranta area, the magnificent scenery of Lake Näsijärvi is combined with a distinguished historical environment with a manor and factory buildings. The Hiedanranta area is diverse and fascinating. The heart of the neighbourhood is the Factory: the main attraction and a centre of creativity. The nearby Lielahti Manor is an impressive historical building that will be turned into a temporary cultural centre. The area also has a lot more to offer for enjoying both urban life and the lush nature amid the lake scenery. The Hiedanranta area will also have facilities that promote community spirit.
The extensive services of the nearby Lielahti commercial centre make everyday life run smoothly. Hiedanranta's local services will be located near the Central Square.

The former factory district will be built into a neighbourhood of nearly 20,000 inhabitants and 6,000 jobs, which can be reached by tram in 12 minutes from the centre of Tampere. The neighbourhood under construction will focus on sustainable development and eco-friendly solutions.

The A-Kruunu location Kuivaamonkatu 3 will be in energy class A. The building will also be connected to the low-temperature district heating network in the area. The construction of the building emphasises low-carbon and adaptable features.

There is no smoking allowed on the property. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments, on the balconies or in the property’s shared spaces and outdoor areas. The rent includes broadband access. Water bills are calculated according to the volume used. Pets are welcome.
