Current Topics for Residents

You can find the latest materials for residents and other topical and important information on the Current News for Residents page.

Here you can find information about materials sent to A-Kruunu residents (the Resident Newsletter - Asukasposti (FI), published approximately every two months, and the annual Resident Annual Report). The Resident Newsletter archive can be found at the bottom of this page.

In addition, we also provide information here about other matters that residents should take note of.

Preparing for disruptions is proactive everyday safety

Disruptions may occur in society, such as prolonged power or water outages, storms, or communication network failures. According to the authorities’ recommendation, every household should be prepared to manage independently for at least 72 hours, or three days.

With these instructions, everyone can prepare for disruptions in their own home. Preparedness is proactive everyday safety, and even small preparations can significantly ease the situation during a disruption.

Also consider cooking, hygiene, and pets

Warning concerning scam messages and reports

There has been an uptick in housing-related scam messages, such as payment reminders sent as text messages. These messages may ask you to pay your rent to a new bank account. The messages can be quite convincing. A-Kruunu does not communicate any such information via text message only, and you should not make any payments to the bank accounts mentioned in these messages. Our rent supervision will always contact you from an email address in the format “a-kruunu.fi”.
