Kirkkonummi’s Jokirinne Learning Centre is located within walking distance of A-Kruunu’s rental apartments. The Learning Centre has facilities for pupils in grades 1–9 and recreational users in the area. The school provides weighted-curriculum education in Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Music and Physical Education for grades 7-9. Finnish-speaking children have the opportunity to receive instruction in Swedish. There are plenty of different opportunities for exercise in the schoolyard area. The swimming pool, ice rink and central sports park are located within walking distance.

The Matkakeskus travel centre is located approx. 1.5 km away, and there are bus connections from the area to the travel centre and the Tolsa train stop.

The Vaasi water tower, which is in use and located at the top of Vesitorninmäki, is a scenic landmark of the area. There are also several outdoor trails in the area. The top of Vesitorninmäki is also home to valuable natural site: a giant’s kettle.

Vanha Rantatie is a part of the museal Kuninkaantien linja, with three historical courtyards and their buildings located along the road.
