The Niemenranta area in Tampere will be the site of 44 comfortable new rental apartments by a tramway route. The Niemenranta area combines good connections, nature and the magnificent waters of Lake Näsijärvi.


 

A daycare centre and local shop are within walking distance. A wider variety of commercial services and a school are located a short distance away in Lielahti. Lielahti also offers plenty of recreational opportunities, track and field facilities, a sports field and a beach volleyball court, which transforms into a skating area and ice hockey rink in the winter. 

Good cycling and bus connections make it easy to get around. The city's newest tramway section will make living even more convenient and provide access to services in the city centre from your front door.  

Water is strong element in Niemenranta. The shoreline trail and lush park and outdoor recreation areas of Lake Näsijärvi attract people to exercise or enjoy picnics, and the nearby small boat harbour provide great opportunities for boating. The area is also home to Niemen kartano manor, a valuable cultural-historical site that dates back to 1840.

Niemenrannan puistokatu 5 consist of a single building with eight floors and a total of 44 apartments. A-Kruunu's rental apartments range in size from 32.0 to 80.5 square metres, with apartment types ranging from 1 room + kitchenette to 4 rooms + kitchen. Each apartment has a glazed balcony. Residents will also have access to shared facilities typical of A-Kruunu’s rental homes: a shared sauna, a laundry facility, a drying room and a club room. Parking spaces (25 in total) will be located in a separate parking facility.

The A-Kruunu Reuharinviitta housing location in Niemenranta, completed in July 2025, drew plenty of attention from housing applicants, especially thanks to the good transport connections and location close to the lakeside.

There is no smoking allowed on the property. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments, on the balconies or in the property’s shared spaces and outdoor areas. The rent includes broadband access. Water bills are calculated according to the volume used. Pets are welcome.
