Viulukonsertonkuja 6b in Järvenpää is an 8-storey single-stairwell building located next to the Sinfonia-aukio square. The building’s shared spaces will include laundry facilities, a drying room, sauna facilities and club rooms for resident activities. Solar thermal collectors will be installed on the roof of the building.

Parking spaces will be located in a parking facility a few hundred metres away. The lot has one parking space for people with reduced mobility. The yard area is shared with the adjacent housing company.

The new Ainola railway station is only a stone’s throw away, and the old stop is approximately 300 metres away.

The building’s location near the Ainola railway station enables low-emission mobility. Additionally, the planning of city blocks is based on pedestrian and bicycle traffic directed to the station as well as public transport stops on the main street. For example, a train journey from Ainola to the centre of Helsinki, takes less than half an hour.

Northbound trains are already stopping at the new station, and it is estimated that southbound trains will begin using the station at the end of 2026.

The Ainola regional centre follows an art programme that focuses on integrating music and art into the planning of parks and squares.

Lake Tuusulanjärvi is about a kilometre away, and a wider variety of services can be found a few kilometres away in the Järvenpää city centre. There is only a short walk to the new local grocery store, S-Market Ainola. Daycare centres and schools are located less than a kilometre away, and a new daycare centre is being built in the area.

There is no smoking allowed on the property. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments, on the balconies or in the property’s shared spaces and outdoor areas. The rent includes a Telia broadband connection (100 Mbit/s). Water bills are based on consumption. Pets are welcome.
