Housing counselling is a free and confidential service that provides, where necessary, support and advice on various housing challenges to A-Kruunu residents. The aim of housing counselling is to prevent problems at an early stage and to support residents in maintaining a smooth-running everyday life. You can contact housing counselling at a low threshold - the earlier, the better.

What does a housing counsellor do?

•    They investigate rental debt situations and help in determining the most suitable available benefits. They cooperate with rental supervision.
•    They carry out site visits together with property managers and work in multiprofessional cooperation with social sector actors.
•    They help in resolving disruptions and, if necessary, support mediation. 
•    They investigate a resident’s overall situation so that the right kind of support and services can be found in a timely manner.
•    If necessary, they will refer you to the social services suitable for you.
•    The provide guidance and advice on housing-related issues.
